Company is Not Responsive to Inquiries

First, I want to say that this is the best ambient sound app that I have found. It has a lovely UI, delightful soundtracks, and is accessible via the menu bar, which is fantastic.

However, it does not follow my Mac’s audio output. Every day I switch between headphones, internal speakers, and an Airplay connection to speakers via my Airport Extreme. There is no option for it to follow me as I switch the output, and the selector in the app doesn’t identify options by name. They’re all listed as “Mac.” Over the course of many weeks, I have sent three friendly/complimentary inquiries to the company about this, and they have yet to respond to one.

Three stars for UI/UX. One star removed for non-existent presence by the developers and one removed for the sound output issues.
